Too much at one time
So everyone knows that I hate my boss and my job. Well 2 weeks ago I decided to put my resume on monster so that once we were moved I would be ready to start applying for jobs. Little did I know I would get such a huge response to my resume. I have interviewed for 2 jobs ( 1 through and agency and one not), and I may have another potential interview for a third job this week.
THe one that I interviewed for last week that I blogged about earlier called me yesterday and want me to interview with the CFO, so I pretty much have the job. The thing is the 3rd one that I am trying to get an interview for is the perfect job for me. Its close to the new house, lots of vacation and holidays, and the hours are 8:00 to 4:30 (which is what I work now). I did tell the agency that I am about to be offered another position but really want to interview with them so we will see how it goes. I guess the job market down here (at least in accounting) is pretty good at the moment. It's great to feel wanted!
