WHy wait?

We started the process to get us out of Florida. We put our townhouse on the market for 239k. It should sell relatively quickly. Townhouses in west palm beach go so fast, so I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I am also working with a headhunter so hopefully I will have a job offer too. Well if it is meant to be then it will happen, so we aer just hanging tight for now.
