WHy does life have to suck?

First off my sister did not get the transplant that she so desperately needs. She was not a match with the donor.

Secondly, why the hell do people make offers on house that they know they can't afford? A couple came to look at our house and loved it. They have a daughter Lexi's age and loved her room. Well they were pre-approved for the mortgage but that didn't take into consideration the the monthly association fees and taxes. Their mortgage broker does not feel they can afford it. The realtor is sending them to another mortgage company to get their opinion. This is so frustrating. I am ready to get from underneath this damn house. I know the monthly fees are what is going to hinder the sale of this place. Our monthly fees are 240 a month. Who the hell can afford that long with a mortgage payment? It is just insane what is happening down here. I am so tempted to just call companies that buy houses and be done with it.
