The buyers of our house didn't get approved for the mortgage. Actually the broker said that the reason they were turned down was so "personal" that she could have been fired if she disclosed it. I am thinking they falsified income or something evil like that. I swear people are so stupid. Do they not think that stuff like this gets checked? AAARGH
So now half my stuff is packed (we were due to close in 2 weeks). So now I have to figure out what I have to unpack, what can stay packed, and clean and organize the freakin house to start showing again on Monday. When am I gonna get a freakin break???? I am so over this.

Hah hah Alex. Jeanee, that stinks, STINKS!!!!!!!!! Next time you get an offer, ask their agent to submit a preappoval letter from a REPUTABLE mortgage company with their offer. Even a leter couldn't give you a guarantee, but it could eliminate some fucktards from the running.

DJ you were gonna get to see me anyway! We aren't leaving the area it looks like (at least anytime soon). Oscar is afraid to leave his job of 7 years so I guess we are staying (until be gets the bug up hiss ass again). We need to get a bigger place anyway so selling is not in vain. It will just cost alot!
