Tennessee Update
Oscar now doesnt wanna move to TN right after we sell the house. We have to be out of the house by January 20th so we most likely will rent an apartment here and keep our current jobs. It's going to be real hard to find work in TN while we are living here but I guess we will do it for a few months and if nothing is happening then we will decide what we are going to do.
I don't want to stay in Florida long term and I made him well aware of that. So I guess its a waiting game right now. But at least we will have the house sold so we wont have any ties here and we will still have like 100k in the bank.

That sounds like a reasonable plan. There's a lot to be said for having a steady job until you find something in TN. If nothing else it gives you peace of mind that you have a steady income and a sitter you know.
SOunds like a good plan. I hope that everything goes the WAY you and your family wants
I hope that you find something in TN soon so that you can get out of FL!! I can't say as I blame Oscar though. It is tough dealing with the unknown.
