Ok here are more details on the house.
3 bedrooms
2 baths
small family room
large back and front yards (1/4 of an acre)
concrete block house
shed in back is a permanent structure with electricity
lots of parking including carport
nice neighborhood
1800 square feet (2200 with the car port)
and it comes with a dog buahahahaha! The owners are moving to another city and their apartment doesnt allow pets. She was joking and asked if we wanted a dog. i asked her if she was an outside dog and she said yes. I said ok we will keep her. yes I am insane. She is a sweet sheperd/rottweiler mix.
She was asking 319k (which it was totally worth), we offered 310k. We agreed on 314k. Nothing needs to be done to it, its perfect.

I tried to post on your daughter's website,but couldn't. I was responding to your most recent post. I think you should contact early intervention in your area. Have her evaluted and see what they have to say. It's free and you can get care up to 3 years of age.

Thank you for the concern anonymous. most or her issues are due to her hip dysplasia and torticollis. We are working with her but until the doctors tell us she needs OT, we are letting her progress on her own. She is in a brace and is ver limited in her movement.

Beautiful home! I'm still in shock about the difference in the housing markets. We have a similar home where I am from - the cost is $150-200K. The law of supply and demand I suppose. :)
