We found our house
We found our house. Its smaller than our current house but because of the layout it looks alot bigger. It has a nice sized living room. The rooms are kinda on the small side, but its not like we will be in them that often. Our room is gonna be alot smaller which means finding another place for the computer desk, but that is ok.
It has a screened in patio behind the house as well as a kidney shaped pool. Lexi's room will be a little smaller, but I don't really think she is gonna notice.
When my sister moves in she will get the third bedroom and we will ultimately enclose half of the patio and make a den/office in the back of the house since we will be currently using the third bedroom as an office. There is also a 2 car garage so there is lots of room for storage.
Now there is only one problem. We aren't the only ones to put an offer on this house. So we are actually giving them what they are offering in hopes that they will accept our offer. The way things have been going for us lately we won't get it (can you tell I am a pessimist?). I will be on pins and needles until we find out. We should know by tomorrow at noon. I would really like for something to go our way for a change and this would be a start! So we will know soon enough. I really hope that we arent going to be doing more house hunting this weekend. That would be a real bummer.

Oooooooooo!!!!!!!!!! That is so exciting!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that your offer gets accepted. The house sounds great.
This sounds so promising! I'll think very positive thoughts for you this morning.
If you gave them what they offer...that is great. I lost a house once b/c my stupid realtor didn't want to give them what they want right away and someone else did.
